Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your “treatment” is reserved exclusively for your group, and preparation begins the moment your booking is confirmed. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before finalizing your reservation.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

This deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled start time.

The remaining balance (if applicable) will be collected when you arrive for your experience.

If you do not show up or arrive too late to participate, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations and Rebookings
We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund of the deposit or may choose to reschedule once at no additional cost.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Reschedules requested within 48 hours are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and sign waivers.

Teams arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their game shortened or canceled without refund.
Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retroactively.
Emergencies & Exceptions
We know that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents your group from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you, but refunds are not guaranteed after the 48-hour window.
Every treatment requires careful setup and staff preparation. Deposits ensure that our rooms — and our patients — remain ready for those brave enough to face their fears.
